PROMOS ARE OVER!

I can't believe it! Promos are over! Now I can do the thing I'm best at! SLACKING.

I slacked the whole of friday afternoon and saturday away. Supposedly wanted to watch Painted Skin with Huiwei on Friday but UMMM she was angry that I didn't dedicate the entire day to her because I supposedly agreed to? And because I had to meet my other friend for dinner on the same day too LOL. Oh but anyway, we didn't watch movie in the end, ate pastamania and walked around.... Heeren, Cine, then off to Square 2, where we met Charlyn after her French paper! she was being so enthusiastic and high man, and I SRSLY cannot believe that she doesn't know she can draw money with a POSB card T_T Haha, but anyway, I went off to meet my friend after that lar, and we watched a CRAP MOVIE called THE CHASER. haha, cos there were only two front row seats available for painted skin, and apparently my good friend doesn't want to watch Mamma Mia, so we made do with that instead. And well... it's SUPPOSEDLY, a thriller, KOREA'S RISING POTENTIAL FOR BEING A CRIME THRILLIER comments say, but nooooooooo. there wasn't a proper introduction, the parts for M-18 were cos of some bodies and massacre-ing of bodies. lol, the protagonist and the antagonist were literally chasing each other during the movie lar, so no wonder its called chaser. In other words.. it was boring...

NEXT, on saturday! I went to watch PAINTED SKIN WITH MY DHS FRIEND! OMG, PAINTED SKIN IS AWESOME, ZHOUXUN IS SO DARN PRETTY SHE REALLY FITS THE ROLE OF BEING A DEMONESS. She has DAZZLING eyes. And as quoted from twilight "You dazzle me," as what Edward said (: It deserves a whopping 4 stars! But um, I don't think the rating of PG is suitable... should be PG-13 or sth... cos there were some sex scenes, and there was this disgusting part where the demoness removed her skin, which is kinda gross...

Okay, that's all for the two days. My blog posts are getting boring huh. :^)

I have to do something about this

ugh... do something about this coughing please xiurong your'e gonna get pneumonia sooner or later if you keep gagging, wheezing and coughing like an old man... and you know the only way of curing this asap is by drinking water, but by doing that water gets into your tummy and you know where stuff from your tummy goes to its your bladder and you wouldnt like doing an examination with a full bladder would you. That is what i felt halfway during GP essay today... the horror of it all. I hate full bladders during examinations, more than anything. Second to that are SHAKY tables, i am seriously considering getting the rubber thing for chair legs when they are shaky... the problem is finding them, so I'd have to settle with paper for now... I tore my spare foolscap paper for that, but my itchy hand moved the table off while doing compre, so well the problem came back again. Zzzzzz....

Perhaps sweets would help. I have to buy sweets in bulk from now on.

One of the reasons why I hate MSN

If I had a dream

If I dreamt, I would dream of humans as birds. With wings that can fly, large wings that soar through the sky, dominating everyone below it. Like a seagull that rides the ocean winds, breathing in the slight hint of saltwater from the seas. Like an eagle that rides a storm, with gusts that carry it, letting it fly higher and higher, till it emerges from the stormclouds, the sole victor. Wings that can bring you anywhere and everywhere, by stretching one's muscles and taking flight.

If I dreamt, I would dream of myself as a cat. A night cat that prowls the streets, galavanting where ever I please. I would creep into allies and spot drug addicts injecting themselves with heroin, feeding their addiction with ecstacy or other drugs of the like. I would scamper through the red-light district, and observe how hookers, be they male or female, hook customers up, and spot affairs brewing at hand. I would sneak into construction sites and see how badly treated some construction workers get, and symphatise them for being discriminated wherever they go.

I'd like to look at the world from the eyes of an animal sometime. Its a broader and newer perspective.

COUGHING TOO MUCH GIVES YOU ASTHMA o.O

This is the worst piece of news I've heard today. Heard from it from Huiwei when we were queuing up for toilet. I had better STOP coughing FAST. It'll be dreadful if it drags till promos, it'll just irritate people, and myself. I get so tired after coughing and wheezing, I feel like an old uncle. There's always this weird itchy feeling in my lungs? Down my throat at least. And I can feel a little bit of phlegm there. Drinking some honey water may do the trick. And I should stop drinking cold drinks :x

Some things that happened today,

The rate that the ohsix people are studying is.... INSANE. It's WAY beyond Godlike. They know their notes back-to-back, and front-to-back, and back-to-front. O.o

I cannot study with two Eugenes at my table because they keep crapping and crapping non-stop.

LYNNA DIDN'T COME TODAY NOOOOOOO. Okay but at least she is coming tmr :)

Much to my displeasure, there is one more topic for chem to study for, arenes. And also one more topic for physics, Electric Field. I really want NJC to burn.

There was this weird feeling of loneliness when I went home. Maybe because there wasn't anyone accompanying me.

Tuesday

It's late at night at 2:06am. There is a long blaring noise by trucks I suppose? From the construction site. It's a low monotonous droning sound, and it echoes finely through the night. The silent worker, always hardworking. I love that sound. It reminds me of ships at the harbour from far away lands, bringing back husbands from war to wives in waiting.

Today was Xiu Lun's birthday and we had lunch at White Dog's Cafe in Vivocity to celebrate it for her. Food there was delicious, and I especially liked the oreo cheese cake desert! For once I had a proper appetite. Xiu Lun had a shock when she saw her dreaded prefectorial board teacher, Mrs Yuen, with her two daughters. Xiu Xian and I gave her a domokun pouch for her birthday which we bought from a shop which was imported from Japan! :D We are nice sisters.

I think my appetite will come back soon. I don't regret what I did... it'll be worse if it accumulates. I don't want a deja vu of what happened during this time last year.

Monday

Its the start of September Holidays. No hoorays there, intense mugging due, and sheesh, I just fell asleep on the floor studying again. I'm freezing up to the fan and marble floor.

I had PW meeting today and it was rather productive, considerably. Although after going through with Ms Raaha we found some of the information rather... contradictory, but at least we managed to work our way around and along those lines (: Considered quite a productive PW meeting too! Since work was allocated equally and clearly.

Then I went out for lunch at this funny restaurant thingy at Level 2 Coro. The set lunch was quite worth it considering the portions they give, but FOR SOME REASON I ALWAYS CANNOT FINISH MY FOOD UGHHHH. It's like I eat, then I eat, then suddenly I get this weird feeling in my tummy and I can't eat anymore. So weird. Oh and I owe people money now. Dang.

Finally went to that sweet shop that Desiree told me about , and it wasn't as impressive as I thought la. Didn't buy anything though, to the disappointment of the shopkeeper. Loitered around somemore... and realised that someone knows almost all the uncles and aunties in Coro. Even more uncle killer than me. :P
