Post of Procrastination: DANIEL IS AN INNOCENT BOY

I am procrastinating because I am supposed to do my Physics Assignment but I am here blogging. I feel like I haven't done anything substantial this weekend, its the slackest weekend I've ever experienced ):

... And now for Daniel's share of the limelight. The reason why my title, is what it is.

... I looked through the message history... and its really a mystery how we got to this topic... but well here goes... my most successful attempt which people think im saying the truth but i'm actually lying...

Scenario: I am introducing a friend, ANNYL (read backward) to Daniel, who um, doesn't know her. For some reason.

chinh1612: who's the girl? am I supposed to know her?
xiurong: HAHAHA, nah. no harm not knowing (:
chinh1612: at least tell me the name luh. see whether it rings a bell. lol.
xiurong: its good friend from Bangladesh, Annyl. She is currently working at Little India in a Chicken Briyani store. She cooks fantastic Chicken Briyani lets go patronise her store some day.
chinh1612: lol. hahaha. then i dont know. lol. how come you say she's my friend? -.-
xiurong: you don't know? didn't you two meet at the customs at Changi?
chinh1612: were you trying to make some joke? -.-
xiurong: she dropped her passport and you picked it up for her.
chinh1612: lol. really? zomg.
xiurong: and she still remembers you from that day! Gosh you have bad memory.
chinh1612: hahaha.
xiurong: she will be heartbroken (U)
chinh1612: who told you?
xiurong: AHAHAHAHAH. my good friend annyl!

xiurong: i think I can only be this convincingly lame on MSN

at this time I wanted to stop lying... but Daniel kept probing... I thought he was playing along though...

chinh1612: but how come she know I'm your friend? did she see my pic or smth?
xiurong: oh we were talking about how she came to changi. i mean singapore. that was the most vivid memory she had. because she came to singapore... so alone... no friends... no support...
chinh1612: hmmm. when did she come here?
xiurong: and suddenly! out of the blue, a warm hand reached out to her! At least that's how she said it.

chinh1612: then that's impossible. if she's pretty, and I DID help her at the airport. I would rmb her. -.- duh. -.-

xiurong: i swear we could go on like this forever and ever. aiya they are not her friends. she is mixed blood.

yeah! I thought he was playing along with me. so I played along. zomg, little did I realise...

i think he is the one who is slow T_T and to think i thought he was playing along!!! when he totally got tricked???? I think my lying skills are awesome.

my hands are breaking...

I just finished writing 2 Econs Essays, and I am officially POOPED. My hands are breaking, and I hate writing essays that have 25m allocated to them.

Hmm well, I feel like changing my blogskin! Of course it'll still be the standard blogger one... hahaha. I don't like those clicky ones, and those that are in blogskins.com. At least none that catches my fancy now.

top ten facts about school life, on its own.

1) Lynna sleeps so much during lectures and Daniel takes so many pictures of her its enough to fill an album

2) Lynna sleeps okay, lesser times, during Econs and Physics that I am not bothered by her bobbing head

3) Lynna simply ENJOYS TAKING MY RED PEN AND MAKING SCARY CUTS ON HER HAND ZOMG.

4) Eugene is the most irritating and frank person in the whole wide world but I have to admit that he is witty and thinks of the lamest jokes ever, we have to give him a trophy for 'thinking out of the box'

5) Zhuochun likes to steal people's food and read Time Traveller's Wife but I have disappointed him because er, I am taking Eons to read it.

6) Zheyu is well, Zheyu. But he looks cool with his new spectacles but it kinda reminds me of Lynna's old Cadbury-like Spectacles: purple and yellow.

7) There's nothing on for shooting now... I feel so empty and devoid, and its not good that I am getting used to this free time!

8) Argh I was late for 'prize presentation' reporting time on monday because of stupid 5 that took forever to come, and I was rewarded with 'er sorry guys, prize presentation is postponed!' because of rain.

9) My hand is really breaking from writing endless Econs essays but thankfully or not thankfully I am not in Shawna Lim's class because Kristy says she has to do one essay everyday :O

10) zomg 梦幻情侣 is coming out on Channel U!! Everyone should watch it because its so super super DUPER funny! And I swear the female actress looks like Shawna Lim. Just that the female actress is prettier.

Okay, that is all. Oh and I am shocked that DENISE IS WATCHING 恶魔在身边！Denise the angmorgia watching a cheena show! O_O

The Dark Knight

FINALLY THE DARK KNIGHT IS OUT! AHHHHHHHHHH! I WAS SO EXCITED I JUST HAD TO WATCH IT TODAY, THE DAY AFTER PREMIER.

okay, that is all. HAHAHA. the movie was great, i love the action, but I think it was a little overrated. It's not as good as I thought it'd be, although Heath Ledger (Joker) and Christian Bale (Batman) were good. But the scenes go by really quickly, I couldn't catch up with the storyline well enough.

Okay, doesn't look too good on photo, but THANKS NONETHELESS! Now I owe her a good birthday present big time T_T My mom got my Mcdonald's breakfast in the morning too! I was shocked again, seldom is she that nice HAHAHA. Thanks MUMMAYE. Ate dinner at Ah Orh, some chinese restaurant near Joycelyn's house that even she commented was good. Then went to Marina @ Keppelbay to look at scenary and I am awed at the amount of space they leave for that place. Good for couples though HAHA! :D After that, went to Coffee Club at Tiong, to drink uh, Coffee. Just that xiuxian and xiulun who ordered coffee got a nasty experience because the coffee was so BITTER. I ordered a strawberry milkshake, that had a soothing pink colour, and tasted pretty good! :) Got sick of it after a while though bleh. YES AND NOW I'M BACK HOME. I'VE BLOGGED FOR SO LONG.

Animefest 2008!

Yes! I've been to this animefest two times in a row! The 2007 pictures can be seen here --> http://hi-have-a-nice-day.blogspot.com/2007/07/animefest-2007.html. In any case, I went to this animefest with Denise, when last year I went with Davina. Urgh, Denise was supposed to COME TO MY HOUSE , but she told me to go to her house instead, because we had to attend Glen's carnival at FMSS.

About the FMSS carnival, there were tons of people, something that Denise and I hated. And we successfully spent $30 worth of carnival coupons in 1h 15 mins! All on food! I swear I've gained 1 kg. We spent it on: 2 chicken pies, 1 bubble tea, 1 Hatos icecream, 1 bowl of spaghetti, and two Milo Dinosaurs (which cost a whopping $5 each). We wanted to look for Glen but he was no where to be found, not even at his class booth.

Afterwards, it was animefest! I think last year was better though...? In terms of cosplaying. But the merchandise this year was great.

My pictures look blur because for my new phone, Sony Ericsson G700, has a lousy camera. Although it's 3.2 megapixal, it doesn't have the basic functions like Night Mode or Macro. I was extremely pissed when I realised that, so I cannot take good close up photos. And for some reason the 3.0 megapixal function will also take BLUR pictures. The VGA function seems BETTER. Oxymoronic.

On a lighter note, the pictures are clearer though, despite a few blur. Much sharper than the previous phone.

The only erm, DECENT LOOKING GROUP, I've seen at the cosfest. D-grayman!!!!!!!!! Kanda looks weird in the pictures, face looks a bit buaysong but good enough imitation :) You should see the shoes! The heels are LONG. Damn cool. And Rabi looks extremely happy in the picture at the bottom loll. And apparently, the extra character (dunno who) in the picture at the top bottom right hand corner is missing the picture at the bottom. And at CLOSER OBSERVATION, I realise he's the same guy who cosplayed as Near in Matsuri @ Vivocity! :O

Denise's friend Shermin (?) was there too, cosplaying as a maid :) I heard that she spent $200+ on her whole outfit! The base cost is $90+ but I don't know where the remaining $110 came from.

Some random girl who looks really pretty. She wore red contacts O.o And her outfit is totally cool! The best of the event in my opinion. But I don't know what anime she's from. Realise that she's pointing her gun at me? I wanted to avoid that, but she followed my every movement. Hmm.

 

 

Some Espada... whose names I don't know. I don't follow Bleach much now, sadly.

ZHANG JINGNA!!!! O_______O I was FREAKING SHOCKED TO SEE HER. Okay, I didn't see her first; I saw the works, then the namecard, then the PERSON. She's my coach's daughter, a darn good shooter and also a photographer O_O Erm, she was blinded by my camera's flash...

 

The best characters of the day!! No just kidding, they are either outfits from Vampire Knight or D.Gray-man...

 

 

Eh!!! Chiobu/Shuaige!! I saw her/him when I was at one the stalls. So cool right! She/he has such wonderful features!

WELL, THAT'S THE END OF THE WONDERFUL PICTURES FOR ANIMEFEST! Denise got me AN AWESOME PRESENT THERE: A DEATHNOTE!! And it's not just an ordinary deathnote; it even has the instructions written on it, AND  the names of those whom Light has killed!! Isn't that something!

 

Yeah the different parts of the Deathnote. I am so impressed by this!! XD And I really love denise for getting me this, THANKS LOADS! XD

 

A beautiful picture that I bought :) I prefered this Evangelion picture better, but it was more expensive, and since Denise and I loved this picture too, I decided to buy it! Haven't scanned it to her yet though. This was taken with my camera so there are uneven tones.

Okay, that is all that I got at the cosfest, and surprisingly, I spent less than $10! miracle. I love the things that I got though :) And it was also fun going out with you, Denise! We should go to cosplays more often! Even though you hate crowds, but I DON'T CARE! :D
