My first chem SPA!

NATURALLY, THERE WILL BE NO DETAILS REGARDING THE SPA ITSELF BECAUSE IT WILL BE BREACHING NATIONAL SECURITY.

... But it was thrilling, and there was a mixture of excitement and nervousness. But at least its over now.

And I've got to learn to... ASK THE TEACHER FOR A CHANGE OF APPARATUS INSTEAD OF WASTING TIME MOVING FROM THE BASIN TO MY CONICAL FLASK!! Because my pipette filler seemed a little faulty, but I thought it was something wrong with my procedure, so I spent a lottttt of time trying to figure out what went wrong! Luckily the teacher observed that I got a little frantic, and offered some help. Zzzz, thank goodness for her >< I don't know whether I'll be marked down though. Uhhhh, heck.

Today's training was horrigible. Of course, tomorrow will be a better day :)

And I went to the library with my sister! We hanged out a little at Bugis before heading off to the library since it was raining. And I got SCAMMED into buying a $5.50 Uzumaki ice-cream by the salesperson!! You know those underhand means that salespeople pull: how about a regular? AND THEY TAKE THE CHANCE TO ADD $1.50 TO YOUR $4.00 ICECREAM. UGH! I was so angry. Ask Xiulun, I was ranting to her all the time. kekekekekekekekekeke.

We went to Cold Storage to buy budget sushi (surprisingly we still had money for sushi), and made our way to the library. We ate sushi outside the library leisurely and happily... and this little girl came, and gave me a picture! It was so sweet! :D And she was so adorable too, handing the picture over to me ^____^ I was a little stunned for words and simply shrugged a Thank You to her. But I thought I should return the favour, so I added decorated her picture more, and gave it back to her! LOL, I hope she likes it though. And we gave her our last sushi :D:D:D:D. HHAHAHA we are nice people!

And after some reading at the library, I came home. I am tired, and there's GP lecture tmr, sigh. Gotta do the comprehension...Soon! :D

I really hate this. Stop loitering around your black or white wonderland, and come to us. I hate all of this that's happening. Don't go don't go DON'T GO. be strong, have strength, persevere. I know you can do it, you've always been the strong one. And you've had one ordeal, what's another? Simply peanuts right? So fight on! FIGHT ON!

You are not alone girl. In your black or white wonderland, don't think that it's the end of the world. because its not, not when we're here. Always hoping and believing, waiting for your high-pitched giggles and sarcastic comments. Because its you, and we love you for who you are. You may think that the numbers are small, but I swear the love is mighty, more than you can ever imagine.

I have a lot of weird dreams these days.

1) It started off with this dream. I remember myself and oh four entering this building, and we were at the fourth floor. I was trying to walk from one end of the classroom to the other, when I felt like I was climbing up a slope instead: the floor was in this weird angle. It reminded me a bit of the video we watched during Physics, of how Tahoma Bridge fell. Then I heard a scream and realised that there really was an earthquake! Our whole class ran out of the classroom and rushed towards the stairway. It was open ground, and I could really see the ground doing these weird oscillations, wavy moves. I was halfway near the stairway when suddenly the floor fell! It reminded me of dominoes: where the first few blocks fall, followed by the others, just that the dominoes fall down down down, and the dominoes are floor tiles, so people on the floor tiles fall down down down too. I got a shock, and turned to run in the opposite direction, and I could hear the floor near me falling down down down too...

Then I woke up. THANKFULLY. So I slept again.

2) This time, I had a dream that I had to go to Ang Mo Kio. I was at Bukit ---- Station, but come to think of it, the place did not look like the normal Bukit --- Station. It was more like a monorail station instead: The tracks were built in an odd circular direction. In any case, I boarded the MRT and landed up at this other station. Then I decided to take a taxi to... I don't know where. The taxi came, and I told the driver to bring me there, but strangely, I think the driver got lost or something. He brought me around this place with a lot of landed property, and went round and round and round in circles. It was dark then, and I was getting afraid. I think I was late for something, but I told the driver where he was headed to. I didn't catch his response, but the next moment, I was driving along this dark deserted road...

Then I woke up, really frightened. I saw the ceiling fan above me, and realised I slept in the living room again. Sheesh, I decided to start on my work again, despite how late it was.

The next day, I realised Szechuan had an earthquake. How ironical to my dream.

I had another dream the other day.

3) I dreamt that I was looking at this boy, who was expanding... then contracting. It was kinda funny, how he became lean and small, then fat and bulky the next moment. I realised that this analogy was given by my Math Teacher! Ms Ruby Ng. She was teaching us how to draw a reciprocal graph, and I remember her explanation of: 1 / ( a large number ) equals to a small value. And at the same time, that lean and small boy was turned over, and he became fat and bulky! The opposite of that happened again when she gave the explanation of: 1 / (a small number) equals to a large value. And I could see her pencil drawing the curves of the graph as well. It made a lot of sense to me then, when was explaining it. In my dream.

I know I had another dream today. But I forgot. :/ Stay tuned to more fantastic dreams!

NJC invitational 2008

And so, yesterday marked the end of NJC invitational 2008! It went on pretty smoothly. Didn't stay for the briefing, cos I realised that my suspected diarrhoea was REAL after my guitar class. But according to what I know, it was good! :D

I was supposed to meet with my group at 10am at Bukit Gombak MRT. Lol, I left the house rather late... and spent the journey there smsing Nicole and deciding with her whether she should meet at CDANS or the MRT station, since she has a straight bus there. In any case, she went to the MRT instead, and Nicholas (the top student) and Henry were there too. And it was already 10 o'clock!! ARGH THE REMAINING TWO ARCHERS WERE LATE.
....until later! I see a wet and dripping Hiok Yang running towards us! Lol, he really ran in the rain man. I mean, it's okay that you're late (i'm not a tiger I won't bite), but he didn't need to runnnn right! Hahahaha but at least he brought extra clothes...

The worse was WEIJIAN. At 10 o'clock when I asked where he was, he said: coming coming. So I assumed he was already at Bukit Batok or something... then later, 15 minutes later! I called him again to DEMAND where he was

XR: oi 你到底来了没有啊?
Weijian: okok, 到了到了
XR: 刚才到现在也到!十分钟前你在哪里?
Weijian: yishun.

I don't know whether I should laugh or cry.

He was really at Bukit Batok at the time I called though, so its not so bad.

We met Desiree while we were waiting too! Lol, she was ranting about how she was on the MRT from 9.15am onwards, and I told her that I was at home at 9.15 LOL. But Nicole was the best, she left her house at 8.50. Kiasu girl la she.

Anyway, our job scope for food and welfare was pretty slack: simply getting 14 packets of chicken rice, getting the rest of the packet food from Guilin Restaurant downstairs, and separating them in to their respective orders. Getting 14 packs of chicken rice was easy enough. And at least we fully utilised our manpower (4 men and two women) for the getting of food from Guilin. Separating the food was a little messy though, but at least each team got their food. Eww some of the food (like the gan chao guo tiao) was super oily la, and the styrofoam packs were so flimsy; some of the food came out!!! Thankfully the food was quite good.. according to the people. And the buffet was wiped CLEAN by the shooters too! YAYYY, I felt so accomplished when I saw the empty plates and trays, ( even if the fruit punch cooler was seriously EMPTY when i wanted to get a drink ).

Initially, I had some problems with accounts and was quite worried, but luckily Nicole was there to help me out! :D Thanks Nicole!

After settling the accounts, Nicole, Shermain and I went to get the flowers for the VIPs. By that time, I was feeling rather nauseous and dizzy. Maybe its cos of the diarrhoea, or me thinking too much when I was calculating accounts. At least we got the flowers. Lol, it was rather funny how we decided on the choice.

daisy 多少钱啊?
$27+

....DAISY DAISY DAISY.

roflmaooooo.

nicole and I finally ate our nasilemak when we finished settling everything. uggghhhh, i didn't finish my nasi lemak since I was feeling kinda sick already. And thanks to 王先生 from guilin who gave us a free half bottle of coke! :D:D:D I really owe him a lot for the success in food catering for IS. He gave us eight dishes for buffet for $8/person. And gave us fried rice for 80 people when it was supposed to be for 50! The packeted food was considered quite a bargain, given the quality, serving, price and punctuality.(although i could hear some complaints.. T___T don't care la, be happy that it came on time okay.) Better than getting kopitiam chicken rice that has more bones than chicken. Although I didn't see exactly what we got for refreshments, I think its quite okay too, they gave us a price of $3/person. So, THANKYOU WANG XIAN SHENG!!!! NEXT TIME WE BETTER GO TO THEM WHEN WE NEED CATERING FOR IS. Must look for wang xian sheng okay, not the other manager, because he looks like he has a chuasai face.

There, that's all. Left CDANs at 4+, with Nicholas, for guitar class. And I realised that Nicholas was THAT guy from National Team, who shot during Archery Invitational 2007! The guy whom I was scoring for!! (or in other words, the guy who was BULLYING that poor guy from Indonesia with their cheers and wolf whistles) :OOOOO. What a surprise! I didn't realise it until then. Haha, Singapore is certainly small.

random

I hate what i am doing now, SLACKING. But i hate what I HAVE to do even more, STUDYING!

here's what I do now on the Internet. Reason for me not being online. :)

1) WATCH ZETTAI KARESHI XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
Introduced by Ama, who told me that there was a DORAMA version of it on http://www.mysoju.com. Zettai Kareshi was initially a Manga, of course its shoujyo manga... (with all the hot and cute guys like soushi :D)

800px-Zettaikareshi
dorama version
AbsoluteBoyfriend
manga version.

but actually the dorama doesn't really follow the manga, the difference being Rikko (the main character) is a highschool student in the manga, while she's a working lady in the dorama. And ANOTHER MAJOR DIFFERENCE BEING, SOUSHI IS A DECENT HONEST BOY IN THE MANGA, WHILE HE'S A FLIRT IN THE DORAMA. I was so pissed.

Still, I'm HAPPY to see that MIZUSHIMA HIRO! (水嶋ヒロ) is playing Soushi :D:D:D:D:D zettai kakoyeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee XD (but i shall not post pictures of him up because he's not photogenic, to be honest). Ama is DELIGHTED that HAYAMI MOKOMICHI (速水もこみち) is playing Night! AND HE IS PHOTOGENIC SO HERE'S A PICTURE OF HIM.

Hayami_mokomichi2
he looks good here! (but hiro is still the best :D)

NEXT UP,

2) LOVELESS.

I just started on this anime today. And I admit, its shounen-ai. Go and find out what shounen-ai is on your own. Sometimes even I get the creeps while watching the show... since its so eerily... sweet, its unrealistic.

THE ART ROCKS. "I would also venture to say that Loveless has the most beautiful artwork of any shonen ai manga I've read." from a manga review website.
