Post-Exam reflections

"During your study period, I have never nagged at you. You also don't want me to do that right? But when I see this kind of results, there are two possibilities: either you never study or your studying method is wrong. But I must believe that you are smart right? I have seen it before in your primary school days. I really admire your drive during your primary school days, when you teach your friends and when you study on your own, and I believe that you can do it, because you have shown it to me before. It is not that you have become more slack, it is because of the change in environment. NJC is a place of independent learning, and you also have so much more activities. When you do badly in Sec 3, I can understand, because you need time to adapt. But if now you are also doing badly, then you must start reviewing your study method. Are you spending too much time on Shooting? Your weakness is that you cannot say no to your friends. You always follow them. Even when Denise calls and talks to 1+ am (okay she doesn't do that but Denise always calls me at wrong times), you also give in to her. Then you have not enough time for yourself. You do not give yourself enough rest after an exam, always sleeping so late!"

"You need to have more focus. Like me, whenever I do my work and people come and call me, I tell them I'm having a meeting. When people come and ask me for something, I give them a stare, then they know. Then, sms? Don't have to reply so fast one lar. I also got work to do what, why must settle your thing?? Go and die lar."
