KK!

I realise that whenever I'm with Denise, I get to go to really interesting places. Not the usual, Orchard: Cineleisure, Takashimaya, Far East Plaza etcetc. But really unique places like: BIENALLE <3, temples, Lee Kong Chian Reference Library, and today,

KK Hospital.

HAHAHA I went to visit Denise today at the hospital. At least her operation turned out fine, but she was looking "pathetic" lying down there. I wanted to go to the hospital immediately after that crap enrichment that I signed up for, but turns out I was a little early. I received the sms that she was going through the operation, when my class ended. So well, even if I got there early I wouldn't be able to see her anyway, so decided to go home instead. Lugging the whole fruit basket around sure wasted a lot of energy -_- And caught a lot of attention as well.

KK Hospital was pretty big. It's more wide than big I suppose. I had a difficult time locating the women's block, since I strangely found myself walking around the children's block instead. They even had a KK Mall too! Macdonalds, Kopitiam, Prima Deli, Delifrance. Not bad!

Well, the time I got to the ward, Denise was thankfully already awake :) She looked pretty frail and weak, but at least she could talk properly. She was speaking in an, um, high-pitched monotonous voice. Hahah, but that's the least she could do being stuck in bed. She has tubes attached to her butt LOL. And there's the drip thing that was attached to her hand.

Some really frightful thing happened. Instead of seeing Glucose travel through the tube to her hand, we saw BLOOD instead! FREAKY. I went to send the Nurse to save her, and thankfully it was just a matter of the drip bag being empty. She just simply changed it, and it was back to normal. Unfortunately, the sucked up blood had trouble returning to the body. The nurse had to apply some pressure thing,and it was kinda painful for her. I ended up having to lift her hand so it would allay the pain? I felt like I was serving Her Majesty -__-

Today was more lively than I expected. Xiuxian and Amanda arrived at around 6, so it wouldn't be so lonely with just Denise and I in the room. Hahaha, they ordered Macdonalds, so the whole room was filled with the aroma, it tempted Denise ^__^ Jonathon came later too! He looked a bit like a mix between Eugene and Wenloong =/ Just that his intelligence is way higher, and his attitude is much nicer. Hahah, at least he can tolerate Denise's temper.

Denise's family arrived too: Her family, grandparents, uncles, aunties etcetc. It was kinda fun with all the people around. And hahaha, felt that I was part of Denise's family too. :) I'm gonna visit Denise again tmr. Michelle will be going too. I hope it'll be fun :) Get well soon!
