aiyah heck. well pt today wasnt as bad. two rounds around the court.. and then skipping!! you know those with the skipping rope? yeah mr tong wanted us to skip like continuous 5mins... omg i nearly got myself crippled man. skipped like mad.. right foot so pain lor. but its at least better than last week... hahaha.



yeah and classes were pretty normal today. IH was quite fun. cept for the part which i screwed up on the timing part. watever la.
